What travellers ask us

Yes, that is most of what we do. The unit is portable and needs nothing more than a power socket and a window. It leaves no trace, so a quick message to your host is usually all it takes.

There is no drilling and no outdoor unit, so nothing is modified in the property. We still recommend telling your host, as a courtesy and so they know a delivery is coming.

Yes. You can write to us in English and our driver will explain the unit in English on delivery. We also answer in German, Italian, Spanish and Dutch by email.

Yes, if your host or a key holder can let us in. Tell us in your booking request and we will arrange a slot with them directly.

You pay nothing online. You send a booking request, we confirm availability, then we call you to agree the delivery slot. Payment is taken on delivery. Businesses get an invoice with VAT.

Marseille and Aix-en-Provence first, then roughly 100 km around, which covers Cassis, Aubagne, Salon-de-Provence, Toulon, Brignoles, Saint-Maximin, Draguignan and the Var coast. Send us the address and we will confirm.

Why we exist

Provence is beautiful in August. It is also 38 °C.

Almost no home in the South of France has air conditioning, because for a long time it did not need it. That is no longer true in July and August, and it is a shock when you have travelled a long way for a holiday. Climoloc was built for exactly that gap: a unit delivered, installed and taken away again, for as long as you are here.
